Recommended dose:
Take 2 tablets daily with a glass of water during a meal.

Specific notes:

  • Do not take in combination with other high-zinc supplements.
  • The product contains EGCG [(-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate] 2.7 mg per serving (2 tablets). Do not exceed the daily dose of 800 mg EGCG (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate.
  • Do not consume this product if you have consumed other products containing green tea on the same day.
