Description
This special short grain rice is grown in one of the best areas of Northern Italy. After harvesting, the grains are carefully peeled and polished.
Basic Rice Pudding Recipe:
- 1 cup of rice
- about 4 cups of milk
- 1 pinch of salt
Heat the milk, add salt and rice and let it swell for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally over low heat. Add sweetener, cinnamon, butter and raisins to taste.

- May contain traces of gluten, nuts, soy and sesame due to production.
