Description
This parboiled rice is grown in Italy, then steam and pressure treated before it is peeled and carefully polished. The result is a delicate white rice.
Cooking Instructions:
- 1 cup of parboiled rice
- 3 cups of water
- 1 pinch of salt
First boil the water then reduce the heat and simmer the rice for 15-20 minutes on low heat and add more water if necessary. Important: only salt this rice toward the end of cooking, otherwise it increases the cooking time.

- May contain traces of gluten, nuts, soy and sesame due to production.
