Description
This product is based on a classic recipe that has long been an integral part of Ayurveda. It consists of a combination of three ground fruits, namely, Amalaki, Bibhitaki, and Haritaki, in certified organic quality. The powder is all-natural and contains no artificial substances, magnesium stearate, or colourings.
Recommended intake:
Stir 2 to 3 g (= 1 tsp) of Triphala powder into water or juice and drink once or twice a day.
Also suitable for use in addition to Triphala extract capsules.
Preparation of a mouthwash:
Dissolve a scant half teaspoon of powder in a little water. Rinse and gargle with it twice a day. Or, prepare a 6% intensive solution:
- To prepare this, boil 1/4 litre of water with 3 level tablespoons of Triphala.
- Briefly simmer over a low flame and strain through a clean dish towel.
- Store in a dark bottle, take one sip twice a day and hold it in your mouth for a few minutes.
