Description
Amaiva's "Good Night" tea is based on ancient Ayurvedic scriptures and herbs that grow in Europe. Valerian, lemon balm and fennel are just a few of the highly aromatic ingredients. Thanks to the aroma-protecting box, the pure flavour and high quality are carefully preserved.

Preparation: Steep 1 heaped teaspoon per cup at 70 - 80°C water temperature for 3 to 5 minutes.
