This oil is naturally rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids and secondary plant substances. Through a gentle cold-pressing process, the high concentration of the valuable active ingredient thymoquinone is preserved.
Recommended use:
Take 3 capsules daily, either all at once or spread throughout the day.
