These tablets contain pregnenolone in small crystals in a lipid structure. The natural hormone pregnenolone is the precursor for the male and female sex hormones and is extracted from wild yam for these tablets.
The tablets are vegetarian and gluten-free.

Recommended dosage:
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Important specific instructions:

• Consult a physician or qualified healthcare professional before taking this product if you have prostate cancer, an enlarged prostate, heart disease, low HDL cholesterol, a family history of such conditions, or if you are taking other dietary supplements, prescription or over-the-counter medications.
