Description

Free Amino delivers a mix of 17 free amino acids plus L-5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP). It does not contain L-tryptophan.

  • 5-HTP is the precursor of the neurotransmitters serotonin and melatonin.
  • Compared to the L-tryptophan in the brain this tryptophan arrives faster.
  • It is not only absorbed better by the intestine, but also crosses the blood-brain barrier more easily.
  • Free aminos are recommended for amino acid deficiencies that may be caused by poor nutrition or malnutrition.
